Solution:
Yes, User can place resistors to L1 and L2 to power external devices from connector DB-25 through - EGND, EVCC. But, user had better to place DIP type's FUSE for instead.
In our original designed, user can use the external power for ISOLATED feature. Please refer to page 12 for more detail information. So user can place a FUSE for instead to achieve the goal.
