Solution:

The problem is caused by a very heavy high temperature induce the LCD Inveter life time going down. Decrease the max power input of the inverter will solve this problem. The near-term solution - 1. We rework the inverter to consume lower power to prevend high temperature burn out the Fuse. 2. Since this is a heavy-duty case and not so common now, we will not call back any unit except the customer's request. The middle-term solution - 1. We add a hole behind the inverter to let the power fan draw the heat out. The temperature will go down again. 2. This will be a running change. The long-term solution - 1. We also find out 2nd source inverter and will test its performance, if it is better, we will change to better one.
