Solution:

QE found that PPC-102T may hangs during the installation of Widnows 95 or NT. After studying this issue by QE, we found L55 must be replaced by a short wire. Otherwise, PPC-102T will hange due to the flucation on VCC. In order to resolve this mistake, Product Division will announce this information to all branches and distributor so they can correct it by themselve. If the customer want to send back the unit, Product Division will take full responsibility to fix the problem.
