Solution:
This problem is caused by the hard driver controller on Seagate hard drives with Intel TX chipset. Seagate admits this problem and they will change the controller on new version. So far, there is no way to improve the compatibility
between Seagate HDD and Intel TX chipset. Please change your hard drive with others to solve this problem.
