Solution:
The Windows NT 4.0 calls INT15 as system service but it conflict with DOC-2000.
In order to resolve this, user should format DOC-2000 as following.
1. DOCPMAP /I to identify the address of the DOC
2. DFORMAT /WIN:(address of the DOC) /S:DOC110.EXB /NOINT15
