How to set SSD to be bootable for PCA-6135 Rev.B1 (BIOS ver.2.0)? | |||
---|---|---|---|
Solution:
1. Go to CMOS Setup -> Standard CMOS Setup -> Floppy Drive A: -> set the type
at "1.44MB 3.25 ". The type is up to the SSD size you install.
2. Please don't hook up your floppy drive at drive A:. Even if you install a
floppy drive at drive A:, the floppy drive will not work.
3. Go to CMOS Setup -> Advanced CMOS Setup -> 1st Boot Device and choose
"Floppy".
4. Go to CMOS Setup -> Advanced CMOS Setup -> Floppy Drive Seek and choose
"Disabled".
5. Please refer to PCA-6135 manual for other SSD setup (eg. I/O address, memory
segment window). BTW, Onboard FDC should be enabled.
