Solution:

Most of Advantech default BIOS support TFT LCD. However, Some BIOS for old revision is for 16 bit TFT LCD. If your LCD is 18 bit and there is no "Red" color for your LCD, then problem may come from the BIOS. Because 18 bit TFT LCD is more popular now. So most of our default BIOS has been replaced to 18 bit TFT VGA BIOS in order to support 18 bit TFT LCD. You could update your BIOS to latest BIOS to test. Notice: This is not the only one reason for this problem.
