Solution:
The description in the manual is wrong. The correction function should be:
(1) Enable:
When first writes data to the SSD's I/O address + 400H.
(2) Refresh:
After second time write data to the SSD's I/O address + 400H.
(3) Disable:
Read data from the SSD's I/O address + 400H.
