M- Systems is pleased to announce the release of a new software version for the DiskOnChip2000. DiskOnChip S/W utilities Rev. 1.10 will be available on 1 September 1998. All DiskOnChip shipped from M-Systems from September 98 will include the new S/W version. The Software will also be available for download from M-Systems' home page at http://www.m-sys.com. The release of the new version enhances the unique features of the DiskOnChip and accommodates the new development in the flash component industry and embedded computers market. The added features in Version 1.1 are: * Faster integration time. * Enhanced support of PC systems with new Plug n?Play BIOS. * Enhanced support of Windows NT4 Operating System. * Supports Multi-DiskOnChip configuration (Multiple DiskOnChip devices as one disk with one drive letter). * Support for future Flash devices, resulting in higher capacity DiskOnChip devices.
