Solution:
There is no DOS driver necessary for PCM-3523, since this product directly
converts the output singal of VGA into TV singal without software
intervention. If customer can not see stable or clear picture on a TV, please
do adjustment on the output frequecy of his VGA chip/card to make the output
singal of VGA adapts TV singal.
