Solution:

To write your information into the onboard flash ROM on PCM-3110A, please close pins 2-3 of JP4 and pins 1-2 of JP3 to enables writing data to the Boot ROM (refer to page2-7 of manual). You also need a program which is not included in the PCM-3110 package to update the flash ROM. Since we don't suggest customers to write any data into the flash rom (that probably will keep PCM-3110 from working properly), we didn't put the flash update program in the PCM-3110 package. If you really need the program, please tell us. We will consider to give you the program.
