Solution:
When the opto-22 connector is not used, channels 0 thru 15 are functioning as TTL high +5 V ON. When the opto-22 connector is connected with cable, channels 0 thru 15 will be changed to function as TTL low 0V ON automatically. User don't need to worry about this.
