What is difference between PCL-730 version A1 and B1? | |||
---|---|---|---|
Solution:
There are some hardware changes to have the PCL-730 more suitable in real world application as below :
1. Provide the internal DC power for isolation (no VDD on B1 version).
2. Change photo-couple from one way PC817 to two way PC814 on isolated inputs.
3. Separate the EI.GND and PCOM (input/output isolated ground) with E.GND (external ground for isolated).
4. Change some pin assignments on CN1 (isolated output connector), CN2 (isolated input connector), and CN6 (DB37, isolated input/output connector) for above changes.
Note:
PCOM is free wheeling common diode for isolated output.
