Solution:

After further research, we found the chipset manufacturer of A/D converter(ADC) has changes the manufacturing process recently, thus the specification of A/D converter has been changed slightly. After R&D discussing with manufacturer, we believe this batch of A/D converters need a longer time for switching. When A/D converter is switching between normal input and CJC channel, user may get ripples readings.
