Solution:
When reading voltage inputs with PCL-818HG VBX driver with VB 3.0, user needs to call open device function once, then he can switch channel and input range as he wish without re-open device.
But if there is one channel for thermocouple temperature input, he needs to call open device function again after switching to the channel and thermocouple input range. The device drive needs to be re-initialized for thermocouple input range. Otherwise VB 3.0 will generate GPF (general protection fault) system error.
