Solution:
By our experience, the ADAM-4510 will lock if data collision happens in it. It means if ADAM-4510 receive data from each ends at the same time, it will lock. When the power source is switching from AC line to generator, a lots of noise may present on data line and ADAM-4510 may lock.
In order to solve it, we provide an ehnanced firmware for ADAM-4510 Rev.C1. If the revision number of your ADAM-4510 is C1, we can send a new firmware chip to you for updating. If not, you may need to change the ADAM-4510.
