Solution:
For Advantech's 486 CPU with VIA 82C496 chipset. If you need to slow down CPU
speed. (either reduce heat or slow down performance).
The attached file is the a special file to slow down the CPU speed. It will
reduce CPU speed form 133Mhz to 33Mhz.
