Solution:
The new FPM-30CT uses an 18-bit 10.4?TFT LCD, but MIC-2340 default BIOS still uses a 16-bit TFT. Since the color mapping is incorrect, the FPM-30CT screen will only have the green color. Contact us to upgrade the BIOS to support 18-bit TFTs. Alternatively, you can connect to our ftp server and get the file /pub/mic/MIC2340.ZIP
