Solution:

1. Check BIOS CMOS SETUP for Floppy drive setting. 2. Boot from Windows CE. If there is no floppy disk in the Floppy Drive, the system will show Floppy Warning message: "Would you like the system to format the Floppy folder so that the system can use it? WARNING: If you select Yes, any files in the Floppy folder will be erased!". Answer "No". 3. Insert your Floppy Disk. 4. Press "Alt" + "Tab" to active the "Task Manager". 5. Press "Run". 6. Enter "mount" or "mount.exe" to run the Mount Utility. 7. Press "Unmount". 8. Press "Mount". 9. Press "Alt" + "Tab" to active the "Task Manager" again. Enter "cmd" or "cmd.exe" to Run the PCmd. 10. Type "dir". There will be a folder "Floppy" for Floppy Disk. You can use "dir", "copy", "del" and other commands for the Floppy Disk.
