Solution:
There is a green function option Video access?
[Green feature wakeup event : Video access enable]
When this option is enabled, the green function will be enabled since Genie will update video display when running a strategy. Therefore, the green function seems to be disabled by Genie. Please disable the video access option if you want normal green functions when running strategy.
