Solution:
The default memory bank address of PCL-747/844 is C8000 and IRQ is 11. Memory bank C8000-CFFFF is usually used in Windows 95, so the system will show the memory conflict message. Please set PCL-747/844 memory bank to D0000 to avoid this conflict. Also edit the file SYSTEM.INI by adding a line under the [386Enh] section
EMMExclude=D000-D3FF
This will reserve the memory bank for PCL-747/844.
