Why PCL-733 isolated input readings will be 0 or 1 at different channels when 5V is applied? | |||

Solution:
The input resistor of isolated input circuit is designed to have threshold voltage around 5V. Since the actual resistance of each resistor could be higher or lower, the reading will be different at different channel when precise 5V is applied. We will change the input resistor value to lower the threshold voltage around 4V. This would avoid the problem when 5V digital signal is used in user's application.
