Solution:
Those attached files will communicate between COM1 and COM2. Please do open the plastic cover to adjust the jumper to meet the RS-232 or RS-485 interface of COM1. Besides, the connection cable can't be too short between COM1 and COM2 while setting COM1 in RS-485 mode.
