Solution:
The Feature of Parallel port
The parallel port is used to connect the cards(CN3) to a printer .You can
change the mode(ECP/EPP/SPP) of it in BIOS setup.Choose "onboard parallel mode"
from "Integrated Peripherals" in CMOS setup.There are four kinds of setting:
ECP/EPP;SPP;EPP/SPP;ECP in this item.
The parallel port defaults as LPT1 and can be disabled or changed in CMOS
setup. To modify the seeting, please choose "onboard parallel port" from
"Integrated. Peripherals" in CMOS setup.
CN3 is a 2.0mm connector. You need to use the LPT connector ( Shiped with
standard product). This cable is with one end is a traditional DB-25
connector.The adapter cable has a 26-pin connector on one end and a DB-25
connector on the other. Please refer the following for the pin assignment.
