There are three diagnostic LEDs on the front panel. These LEDs show the operating status of the MIC-3660.
LED Indicator Meaning

LINK On The linking between the switch and adapter is good.
Off The linking between the switch and adapter is faulty.
ACT On The MIC-3660 is sending or receiving network data.
Off The MIC-3660 is not sending or receiving network data.
100Mbps On Operating at 100Mbps
Off Operating at 10 Mbps
