Solution:
To upgrade BIOS on PCA-6157, please check if the JP8 and JP9 is set as "+5
flash" at first. If the flash program is not Version 5.32b, it couldn't detect
flash chip correctly and show error message "Erase Chip Fail". This is not a
hardware problem but a compatibility issue between flash tool and BIOS chip.
