Solution:

First at all , please remove the C32 , C33 and place capacitor 47p in C32 ,C33 instead , that will improve the display quality (this action is for engineer sample). To install the vedio-in driver completely, please follow the below step. 1. Install the VGA driver first , please use the file in the disk enclosed in the package . 2. Install the driver in the path \5864\vedio.100\capture 3. Run the setup.exe in the path \5864\vedio.100\Chips-tv\setup.exe ( it is the test program) Moreover, to install the vedio-in driver (the second step ), please take note of the below procedures . 1. Click add new hardware in contol panel. 2. Select the hardware from list . 3. Choose item " Sound , vedio and game controllers " 4. Click " Have disk " , type the correct path \5864\vedio.100\capture 5. Follow the instructions which then apper on the screen to finish the installation . And you don't have to install any driver to use TV-out function. However to swich the display to TV, please select display device as CRT only from Display properties, setting , advanced properties,chips under windows, then execute the program in the path \5864\vedio.100\TV-out (55xntsc.exe or 55xpal.exe that depend on your TV format) in DOS mode . To switch the display from TV to monitor, please select the diaplay device as Both or LCD display.
