---|---|---|---|
Solution:
Procedures:
1. WinCE driver are available in our companion CD-ROM. Now we support CE3.0,CE4.1 & CE4.2.
2. They are located at CD-ROM:\WinCE\PCM sub-directory.
3. Three files are stored in this folder. They function are
A. DeviceInstall_X86_CE420.CAB -- it is designed for device installation.
B. EVC_X86_CE420.CAB -- this is a files consists of examples.
C. PCM_X86_CE420.CAB -- this is the driver.
4. Please use a CF reader to connect your CF card with your PC and then create a folder(like PCM-3730) to contain those three files above.
5. For PC104 device, user has to refer the system resource and then adjust the IO address & IRQ by manual.
6. Insert this CE card in your CPU board and then reboot it.
7. Enter the folder you created and then execute them one by one.
8. Then you should find a new folder named "Advantech Driver" in the HardDisk folder.
9. Run AdsDeviceInstall.exe and click Device\Setup. Select PCM-3730 from the list and input IO and IRO value accordingly.
10.Exit this utility and run its examples accordingly.
