Solution:
It could be caused by old device only support IEEE488.1 protocal.
In PCI-1670 utility, it utilizes *IDN? to search all devices connected. However it is a IEEE488.2 instruction.
To overcome this issue, customer can utilize enclosed example like GPIBTEST located at C:\Program Files\ADVANTECH\PCI-1670\Driver\VC\Sample folder to link up those instrument
