Solution:

1. When using older firmware (before D1.3 with latest utility V3.12.08) the time-out setting of the Comm. Safe Value may not be able to set into the modules. 2. Following the steps below, the watchdog function can be activated, but after activation there will be a malfunction when further controlling the relay. 1. Set Comm. Fail Safe Values for DO0 - DO3 to on (yellow bulb). 2. Set DO0 – DO3 to off. 3. Trigger a Comm. Failsafe by clicking on one of the COM port icons on the left of the utility. 4. Check the contact continuity to verify that the relays responded correctly. 5. Click on any of the DO buttons to change its state and ALL contacts will respond, not just that one. [NOTE]: 1.
