FAQ - PCA-6190A1, AIMB-760A1 & AIMB-560A1 do not support CPU with 65um manufacturing technology at this moment Phenomenon: When installing 65nm P4 CPU onto these SBCs , system can not boot up! Root cause: 1. When the design stage of PCA-6190A1, AIMB-760A1 and AIMB-560A1, Intel don’t announce 65nm manufacturing technology CPU yet. So we did not consider supporting 65nm manufacturing technology of P4 CPUs. Resolution: Please refer to attached compatibility table, those CPU models are in Intel's embedded CPU list with long term supply. We recommend customer custimer to order the P4 CPU of long term supply from Advantech P-trade division
