It may be the language support problem, please use platform with multi-language package. 2. Have you ever try to open the stored data in ACCESS? If so, maybe it causes the problem. (1) Open the data in ACCESS (2) Click “Tools”, select “General” and you can find “New Data Sort Order” option frame. (3) Select “General” in “New Data Sort Order” (4) By above steps, you may now be able to use the module without error message. 3. Please make sure you’re using DAO with version 3.6 or above. 4. The Office 2000 ACCESS needs at least Jet 4.0 engine
