Solution:
[Description]:
A customer has connected his ADAM-6066 to a PC via a RADIO ETHERNET LINK @ 19.6KBPS.
However as soon as he tries to obtain access to the ADAM using internet explorer 6 (Ie http://10.0.0.1) the page pops up, but as soon as the password is entered the Digital outputs are no longer available to toggle. It’s as though a bad password had been entered. He is using the same password as the ADAM-6000/5000 utility.
[Solutions]:
From Customer’s application, if it is due to the wrong password, it should show the error message and ask to connect again,
According to your description for the low speed connection, you may check customer’s host/idle time setting from the utility.
It may be that the time out setting is too short that the PC has not got the responds but the sever disconnects it.
The other way is also check if the module works fine in IE6 in the Ethernet rather than directly check with the Radio E-Link.
