Solution:
In comparison with ADAM-5511 and ADAM-5510,
ADAM-5511 can be treated as a dummy I/O and there is no much needs in programming. Once you know the Modbus address in the slot then you can directly communicate with the module through Modbus.
ADAM-5510, however, has more flexible and more functional that customer can modify, which means it needs customer to program in C language.
ADMA-5510 will have higher efficiency than ADAM-5511 or any other ADAM-5000/485/TCP. If customer knows a little about the programming, it should be no problem in using it. We also provide examples as many as we can. So ADAM-5511 is predefined Modbus address whereas ADAM-5510E would need customer’s some effort in programming.
