Does PACER output of PCL-818L (Pin37) affect the analog readings? | |||
---|---|---|---|
Solution:
[Description]:
Some users do the tests and think the output signal of PACER will affect the readings of other analog pins.
[Solutions]:
PACER (the 37th pin) is made as hardware, and the function of it is to export internal pacer to other devices for synchronization. After executing ADINT or other APIs using interrupt-triggered AI, PACER will output pulse. Once the PACER is activated, it can not be stopped.
In our test, this pulse signal will not affect the AI reading very much. The AI reading is stable whether there is the pulse output in pin-37 or not.
