Solution:
The touch utility will detect any change of screen, like rotation, full screen and so on. The utility wants to adjust the position of touch. If you don’t want the utility usually run, you can disable the auto-detection option in utility. But only version 4.1 and higher has this option. So you should upgrade the driver of your touch screen.
