Solution:
It is a known issue for UDP broadcast operation.
Our EDG configuration Utility is using UDP broadcast to scan our all EDG modules.
But in Windows system, the UDP protocol will use one LAN port if there are two LAN ports.
Which one UDP will select ? It will be according to their priority.
As for which is high priority.
