Solution:
This is a case based on customer feedback! After serious check, RD confirmed the Auto Thermal Protection circuit is not implemented, although VIA chipset has this feature!
This error was caused by PM who copied the VIA chipset features to be PCA-6003 manual description! This ticket tries to correct the original description with error in users manual design! Application Engineer puts this FAQ for user reference!
