Solution:
Pentium 4 processor that supports HT Technology consists of two logical processors and each logical processor must has its own Advanced Programmable Interrupt Controller for individual interruption . For this reason, it is necessary to disable "Hyper-Threading Technology" first and then "APIC Mode" will become available for setting.
