Solution:
1. Uninstalling all application programs in the system, if it is possible to make system as simple as possible.
Otherwise, close all TSRs especially Anti-Virus program.
2. Customer develops application also have to close as well.
3. Sometimes some services (for instance, WHDataMgrSvc, WhDataStore) in the system needed to be disabled.
As to what kinds of services should be disabled, it will depend on customer's application program.
