Solution:

QNX 4.25 diskette version can't install to PCM-3346; the reason is DMA timing issue it causes some files may read/write error. So far, there is no solution to fix this bug; however, QNX 4.25 still can be installed to PCM-3346 through CD-ROM. Please also be aware of QNX shutdown function may not work so it is necessary to turn off the power supply instead.
