Solution:
My backplanes (PCA-6113P4R, PCA-6114P10, PCA-6114P12, PCA-6114P7) can't link to IPC-615 or IPC-616 alarm board. IPC-615 and IPC-616 are 8pin, but backplan is 12pin.
