Solution:
1. For each channel ( + and - ) the max voltage is 12V.
2. If the difference of the voltage input ( + and -) bigger than 200mV is logic 1 ( IN+ - IN- >200mV -> 1)
If the difference of the voltage input ( + and -) less than -200mV is logic 0 ( IN+ - IN- <-200mV -> 0)
3. The input resistance is about 10K.
