Solution:
The application is test OK on my side, I will show you the extra steps you need to finished.
1. re-jump the J4, make the VCC to be 3.3 . That is to connect the 1-3 , 2-4
2. In the BIOS, "Integrated peripheral option" there is a "Plane Type" set it to the 800*600 TFT.
3. Reconnect the LCD inverter power line to the back plane.
