Solution:
AWS-8430T and AWS-8430TP have different connector for LCD.
AWS-8430T -> p/n 1703410453 (40 pin Hirose ) Wire 41/40P 45cm(DF13A Con.)
AWS-8430TP -> p/n 1703410452 (44 pin ) Wire 41/44P 45cm(22*2 Con.)
These two cables is able to swap, please order the desired p/n to the sales.
