Formal Advice
=============
This description only applies to the main board models with Award BIOS! For other products with AMI BIOS, please ignore this page.
It is not recommended for any user to change the motherboard BIOS, while the system is running smoothly. Reason for this is to prevent unnecessary operational mistakes that might make the system unable to boot up.
We only recommend users to update BIOS when...
*.System is not stable.
*.System cannot function normally.
*.System Need the new functions provided by the new BIOS.
*.System meets Compatibility issue.
It's better to contact skillful engineers in system integration providers or Advantech in terms of this operation. Thank you very much!
