Solution:
The 485USBTB-2W only works with 2 wire 485. "A" goes to the negative of your device "B" goes to the positive of your device "GND" goes to the signal ground of your device. There are 2 "A's" and 2 "B's" on the device so you can "tap" in to a 485 network.
