Solution:
To create an AirBorne OEM config file. Procedure to create an OEM config file. Go to “List Configuration Files” Select User_config.txt Highlignt the contents of the file and save as a Notepad txt file Go to Upload Configuration file Select “ Choose File” Browse to the notepad file that was created. Select OEM Configuration button Select Upload configuration.
