Solution:
The VESP211 series Ethernet to Serial Converters, can accept between 10 - 30 VDC. This includes VESP211-232, VESP211-485 and VESP211. Technically, the product will take 10 to 30 VDC. However, the power supply that ships with it is 12 VDC. If the customer purchased a barrel jack and made a cable, they could use up to 30 VDC.
