Solution:
The use of Quality CAT5 or higher Shielded FTP cable is recommended, outdoor rated when applicable. This should be properly terminated with shielded RJ45 connectors at both ends from the Radio to the supplied PoE injector. The PoE injector should be plugged into a properly grounded AC Outlet.
